This Picture Has 8 Megapixels In It

My new camera arrived, and ironically, in order to take pictures of it to show it to you, I had to use my old camera.

Oooo, shiny box!

It came with a giant pack of instruction manuals. Yes, with an "S". There's the basic user manual, advanced user manual, photo printing manual, and flow chart of how exactly it works with your computer, printer, memory card, tv, and other miscellenous things. And, all of them again in spanish. Spanish? Boggle.

Here's a pic with everything opened up, with the camera on top of a CD to show you how big it is. I've never been a fan of those really tiny digital cameras. I'm not exactly a photographer or anything, but I find that the little cameras don't have enough features, have limited megapixels, and the pictures come out blurry because they are hard to hold steady and the flashes are usually weak on them.

And here's my artsy side:

I don't care enough to post the specs, lets just say that this camera is only half a step shy of the camera I really want, a Canon Digital Rebel SLR. From the reviews, many have said that this is the camera to use if you aren't in a position to lug around an SLR camera.

You can read the review and see camera specs here: Digital Photography Review, Canon S80

Just another reason why i'm better than you.
