They talk in questions

I was listening to NPR? And there were two expert guest speakers that kept making statements but ending with an inflection that made them sound like they were asking a question? It was really annoying? And they were both girls?

I mean, I know people who do this in real life? And, no offense, it's usually a girl? It makes it so you sound so unsure of yourself? Sadly though, i actually know guys that talk like that too? Usually they're korean? Why would you want to sound like you're asking a question.

I know people who have delivered presentations in their questionable voice? Coffee is made out of coffee beans? Do you like to drink coffee. Green tea is healthy for you? Anyone ever buy real green tea leaves.

And if you feel confused reading my post with question marks, imagine how I feel listening to those unconfident "experts" try to give me information and share their point of views. Don't go on the radio if you can't speak properly.
