Til the very last second

So my only class today was the same class I have on tuesdays. The professor blabbered on about stuff I could hardly comprehend and soon it was time to leave. Except, we didn't leave. He kept talking. The class was suppose to end at 4:50 pm, and usually, by 4:30 most professors wrap it up. Not this one.

4:49 rolled around, and he still didn't let us go. 4:51 rolled around, by then, I had obnoxiously started packing up my books and zipping up my bookbag as loudly as I could. He still didn't let us go.

Well, you might say that maybe his watch was slower or something. Ok, point granted, except by my watch, we started class at 3:25 pm, and the class doesn't start until 3:30 pm! So we were way overdue to leave.

I was so close to raising my hand and saying something like "Excuse me professor? This is a three credit class right? Well, then it's time for us to go, because i'm not putting forth the effort for a four credit class if i'm only getting three for it."

It is the first week though, so I may have plenty of opportunities to say it to him.
