The past three days have been spent taking what I know of computer science and turning into web development. Web coding is so loose and easy to work with, it actually brings me joy being able to program something that I can see the immediate benefit and usefulness of. A week of c++ programming nets you an object oriented program that does some cool stuff with pointers and classes... but in plain text... and it's all local.
Well, no more bashing on computer science, because after this last co-op I'll have a year and a quarter of hard difficult programming in, sadly, c++.
The weekend is here, I've pretty much burned myself out trying to figure out how to optimize my commenting feature (anyone know how to pass a blogger variable into php? No? me neither.) I'm ready to go out on the town and play my heart out. No, that doesn't sound right. I'll probably play video games all night. Then maybe tomorrow, if I'm in the driving mood, i'll head to philly and meet up with people who I miss (and who haven't insulted me).
So please, comment your comments, I would like feedback on how the system is working. If you find anything wrong with the comment system... well, leave a comment and i'll fix it.
